Easy return

If you change your mind or if your glasses are not as you expect, you have 7 days to return on your order and reship your package. Where your glasses are new and in their original packaging, you can return them to us and we change them or refund within a maximum period of 30 days.

Your right of withdrawal can be used before the shipment of your package by our services, which saves you the cost of return.

In cases where the return of the package is due to an error on our part, we support the expenses of return of your parcel.
